During the next 6 months, we will be preparing the library for implementation of the Learning Commons. In order for the project to move as quickly as possible, we need to clear the main entrance floor so that the contractors have the space necessary to prepare for the coming of the commons. Beginning immediately and continuing until the end of the fall semester, we will be clearing the main entrance floor. Things will not be in their familiar places, but we will make every effort to keep library materials available and provide the services needed by students and faculty. We will keep everyone informed about the moves and locations as the work progresses. If you have any questions or comments, please contact Dr. Doug Bates, Dean of the Library and Learning Assistance.
